This site is a small static website. It has no accounts, no advertising trackers, no session replay, and no chat widget. Nothing here builds a profile of you.
What I collect
I collect nothing unless you choose to fill in one of the two forms on this site.
The inquiry form, on the Contact page, collects your name, your email address, your organization if you give one, and whatever you write in the message field. It also records which page sent you to the form, as one of four values: AI, Strategic Planning, Coaching, or General. That value tells me which kind of work you were reading about when you decided to write.
The Accelerator interest form collects your name, email address, role, organization, anything you write about what you hope to learn or build, and your consent to hear about cohorts.
Each form also contains a hidden field that people do not see and do not fill in. Automated spam submissions tend to fill it in anyway, which is how I catch them.
What I use it for
I use inquiry submissions to reply to you and to work out the scope of possible work. I use Accelerator submissions to contact you about cohorts.
I keep the two form types separate. I do not treat an Accelerator submission as a consulting inquiry, and I do not add a consulting inquiry to the Accelerator list.
I do not sell any of it. I do not add it to an advertising audience. I do not use it to train a model.
Where it goes
Netlify hosts this site, handles the form submissions, and stores them in its forms dashboard. Netlify also applies its own spam filtering. It processes submissions on my behalf, under its own privacy terms.
Each submission sends me an email notification. Replies then happen over ordinary email.
Confidential material
Please keep confidential organizational, personnel, donor, or client information out of these forms. A web form is not the right place for it. Once we are talking, there will be a better one.
How long I keep it
I keep inquiries and their email threads as long as they serve the working relationship, and I delete them when they stop. I keep interest-list entries until the list closes or you ask me to remove yours.
Your choices
Ask to see what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Ask through the Contact form, or reply to any email from me, and I will do it.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics script. Netlify may set cookies that are strictly necessary to serve the site and to protect its forms from abuse.
